A new report says that Apple suppliers are gearing up for a launch of the new iPhone SE in the first half of next year.

VCM (voice coil motor) and other component suppliers have still seen no cutback in orders for the new iPhones, and are gearing up for shipments for the next generation of Apple's iPhone SE series slated for launch in the first half of 2022, according to industry sources.
As the report notes suppliers are expecting a new iPhone SE in the first half of next year, but in the meantime haven't seen any cutback on orders for the iPhone 13.
This is the second report this week to indicate a new iPhone SE could be close at hand, from Wednesday:
A new note seen by iMore from Apple insider Ming-Chi Kuo states that Apple is expected to unveil a new iPhone SE in 2023. It will reportedly have a larger display than the '22 version (said to be 4.7-inches), and more RAM (4GB vs 3GB). Kuo says Luxshare will be the main NPI supplier for Apple's 2023 iPhone SE.
According to Kuo, Apple will release a new iPhone SE in the first half of next year that has a 4.7-inch display, much like the current version. This will then be followed by a new larger phone the following year.
Reinforcing the lack of cutbacks, Digitimes reported earlier this week that Apple is in fact looking to massively ramp up production of the iPhone 13 next year by some 30%, and is targeting 300M iPhones shipped next year.
