Overcooked! is a game franchise that is known for its ability to test the very bonds of friendship. Players cooperate and assign tasks to each other in order to complete recipes for customers in a restaurant. The developers, Team 17, released two instalments of the series before creating the definitive edition, aptly named Overcooked! All You Can Eat.
Overcooked! All You Can Eat features all the content from the first two games, as well as all of the DLC offered for both titles. It's definitely the definitive way to play, and Team 17 is celebrating the fifth anniversary of the franchise with a free birthday-themed update for Overcooked! All You Can Eat.
The Birthday Party update includes five new birthday-themed levels, a new Tabby Cat chef, a tea recipe and an all-new in-game Switcheroo mechanic where playing card characters reminiscent of a certain Wonderland transport players across the room.
Overcooked! All You Can Eat is also being offered for 40% off on the Nintendo Switch eShop for $23.99 USD until August 13, 2021. If you're looking for one of the standalone titles, they'll be on sale too.
