Nanogram Messenger is a new Apple Watch app that puts the popular messaging app Telegram right onto your wrist. What's more, the app doesn't need your iPhone to be nearby for it to work, either.
By using Telegram's API rather than connecting to the Telegram app on your iPhone, Nanogram Messenger can work even when you leave your iPhone at home. That's a huge deal for people who go for runs and whatnot wearing their watch, but like to leave their iPhone at home.
